It's cheap and good, but the accuracy of the bends and all that, but I was cringing.
In no particular order, I'm going to write in no particular order. The delivery time was less than 2 weeks even after the Bon vacation, I guess it's just a coincidence. The first thing I noticed is that the weld on the Y part of the middle Pipe of 2→1 is partly welded from the back, so the weld on the exterior is broken. I don't know if it is really sealed or not. I had a hard time installing it because the parts are divided into small pieces, I had to use a jack to put a load on it to make it fit. =It's not a good fit, but it's a good fit. As for Cost, you can get the Full Exhaust System without Silencer at a reasonable price. The sound and power feeling of the Exhaust System improved. The gap between the radiator and the exhaust pipe has become narrower. Ground clearance is lowered a little bit to hit Under Cowl. It was individually packed with newspaper as a cushioning material.
This K-Factory exhaust was an outstanding addition to My Kawasaki ZRX. It\'s looks, fit and finish were perfect with incredible quality. The performance was also very good and helped to boost the top end pull of the motor. I would highly recommend this exhaust to anyone with a 1224 motor or anyone seeking to tune their bike further and drop some serious weight! Thanks K-FactoryView Detail
Thoroughly protected and well packed. Went together easily and went on my 2001 ZRX1224r with no issues. Raw titanium, indindustrial type finish. Build quality, fit&finish and welds all great. Flows huge, sounds amazing. I replaced a Muzzy Ti system with this. Muzzy was made from thinner walled, smaller diameter tubes and thus lighter. Before I bought this product, I was a cheap Chinese intermediate pipe. (It costs about 4,000 yen at a certain NetShop.) I had purchased and installed a However, it didn't look good and the silencer didn't click well. In addition, the joint with the OEM sub-silencer leaked exhaust because the OEM gasket could not be used, which was just as bad as the price. In the end, I was not convinced and decided to buy the intermediate pipe from K-Factory, knowing that it was expensive. It looks good, is well made, and uses OEM gaskets for the joints, so there are no exhaust leaks. It may seem expensive at 30,000 yen for an intermediate pipe, but the quality is second to none. If you are concerned about the clearance between the Tandem Footpeg and the exhaust bracket, or if you want to use the exhaust bracket, I recommend that you relocate the Tandem stay.
