I used it for the 525 to 520 Conversion & Race vehicles. Maybe it's because it is a "for Race" model, or maybe it's because it is a conversion from the 525 Size, but it is clearly lighter to handle. The ERV7, the successor of this Chain, is now available and I suggest you to buy it if you are thinking of buying it.

I used it the last time I converted to 520. About 23,000km in 5 years, I use it for everything from commuting to long touring to about twice a year for circuit driving. I did my best to maintainance as much as possible, but I got a Kink. Probably the limit of 20,000 km is the maximum you can comfortably run. The Chain's accuracy is great and it really feels like there is no friction loss until the Grease runs out. The speed of the car increases quickly.View Detail

Originally adopted 520, can be converted to 520Size.
If any of these conditions are met, Chain will always use it. This is a Type that DID only need the ERVSeries, so much so that I don't really see the point in choosing other brands and brands.
