[How is it used? Since the oil cooler was installed... Was the one you received as per Image? As per Image, it has a luxurious feel. How was your experience with it? I touched the hose of the oil cooler, and when the oil temperature is in the 60's, the oil line coming out of the Engine is not hot, but when the oil temperature is at 82 degrees Celsius, the line coming out of the Engine is so hot I could not touch it! [Points to note] Enclosed. OilHole Plug. is not thermostat. How did it compare to other products? I'm happy with the Beauty because it fits in the Clutch cover! Other items that would be helpful Installation points and hang/Items to buy together/ Opinions and requests to the Manufacturer I don't know if there's any research money in it, but it seems expensive ...
This product is a great idea to warm your engine oil up properly! I was super happy with it and felt the bike warmed up alot quicker to operating temperature, easy to fit and installView Detail
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the thermostat unit from SP Takegawa, a very compact design with beautifully finished parts from the machined aluminum housing to the alloy springs.About the feeling of use: I feel my oil cooler system on the Grom is now perfect. After adding the larger SP Takegawa oil cooler the engine was slow to make it to the correct operating temperature but now with the thermostat installed that temperature is achived much earlier and then maintained once the thermostat opens to allow the oil cooler to operate.Products to buy together: Some form of way to mount the thermostat unit into your engine oil system is required to purchase along side the thermostat unit. Either a SP Takegawa clutch cover or a inline thermo unit kit is needed.Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 5 minutes, just needed to remove the thermostat hole cap and oil hole plug before installing the thermostat unit. Not difficult to do.Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are receiving a very useful part that has been well designed with quality finishes and don't see other brands like Kitaco offering a part like this for their oil cooler systems.About shipping and packaging: The faster shipping options are too expensive for myself so I just have to wait for my part to arrive via sea freight. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: I find the thermostat unit be to neccessary in the cooler months of the year here in Australia but definitely not needed in the summer months.View Detail
* About quality and texture, The main body is machined aluminium finished in a striking gold anodizing while the operating components are made up of a springs.* About the feeling of use, The thermostat has worked great in these colder winter months to keep the oil cooler from operating until it maybe required on a longer ride.* Products to buy together, You must already own the SP Takegawa clutch cover if you a looking at purchasing the thermostat unit but did you know about the oil hose line kit which allows oil flow to the head to also pass through the oil element, Another nice addition.* Difficulty of installation, When installing the thermostat unit you will need to remove the oil hole plug from beneath the thermostat hole cap for the thermostat to fix and operate correctly. The process was completed in 5 minutes with no difficultly.* Cost performance and comparison with other products, This part is specific to the SP Takegawa clutch cover so there are no other brands making this part. If you consider that it is protecting thousands of dollars worth of engine parts I see the the cost as extemely well priced.* About shipping and packaging, I am happy to wait 6 weeks on average for my parts to arrive in Sydney Australia via Webike's sea freight which comes with tracking and insurance so I know I'm covered in case something was to go wrong but with there outstanding bubble wrapping and boxing there have been no problems.* Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing, Definiety worth purchasing if you have a BBK with an oil cooler but also do short trips on your motorcycle. Use the product reviews to assist in making a decision on your purchase.View Detail
SP Takegawa Clutch Cover Kit 를 장착하였고 OIL COOLER를 설치할 계획이 있기때문에 과냉각이 되지않게 구매했습니다 겨울에는 필수라고 생각해서 구매하였습니다 설치가 어렵지않아 장착하는데 큰문제 없었습니다 ----------------------------------------------------------SP Takegawa Clutch Cover KIT was installed and I planned to install the Oil Cooler so I bought it so that it was essential in winter.Powered by Google TranslatorView Detail
About quality and texture - Top quality. Nicely designed little unit, looks complex in its assembly but if just a mechanically operated spring that responds to oil temperature changes.About the feeling of use - Great additional accessory for the Takegawa clutch cover, engine gets up to temperature at the normal rate and hen stays cool as the oil cooler kicks into operation.Products to buy together - Another great looking additional accessory for the Takegawa clutch cover is the magnetic oil filter cover but I wish they made it in silver for the Monkey 125.Difficulty of installation - I found the installation of this part simple, straight forward of the original clutch cover bolt. No problems.Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of this part very reasonable for the function it serves, yes it could be made cheaper but for a niche part that is not produced by multiple brands in bulk the price is on point.About shipping and packaging - I think Webike are doing their best with shipping pricing, so I'm happy. Packages ship within 24 hours and arrive very quickly from Japan.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - Depending on the modifications to your engine and the style of riding you do on your motorcycle this part may not be necessary for you, so take that into consideration.View Detail
I hesitated for quite a while and went through a few winters before finally installing it. Beyond its function, I’m really satisfied with how it transformed the look — much cleaner and more stylish compared to the stock hoses. The only tricky part is the hose routing, which you’ll need to set up yourself. I used AN4 hoses with matching adapters and fitted everything to match my bike’s layout. It took me about two days to finish the installation at a relaxed pace.View Detail
About quality and texture - The thermostat hole cap from SP Takegawa is made from billet aluminum with precision machining and an anodized surface finish, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect.About the feeling of use - This was necessary for me to purchase to allow for the removal of my thermostat during the summer riding months as I found the engine operated better during this time of higher ambient temperatures with the oil cooler in operations all the time.Products to buy together - A key product to purchase when switching from thermostat operated oil cooler to always in operation is a oil hole plug for the housing on the clutch cover to direct the oil to and from the oil cooler.Difficulty of installation - The installation of the thermostat hole cap is an simple task that took 0.2 of an hour to complete. Some mechanical aptitude and the use of basic hand tools is all that is required to remove the thermostat from the housing on the clutch cover and replace it with the thermosta hole cap to allow for the flow of oil through the oil cooler.Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products SP Takegawa sell to be on par when compared to what most other companies sell their products for but the thermostat hole cap is priced quite high for what it is.About shipping and packaging - With there being no cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the thermostat hole cap, I chose EMS for an earlier arrive date. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - Webike Japan is the first place I look to for all my motorcycle needs. From service parts to performance products and even motorcycle gear and apparel, Webike always seem to satisfy my needs in regards to availability and pricing.View Detail

About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the thermostat hole cap from SP Takegawa, made from an aluminium alloy and CNC machined to perfection with a clear anodized finish.About the feeling of use: In the summer months I prefer not to have the thermostat installed to control the oil cooler but have it operating from first start up and this cap plug the thermostat hole.Products to buy together: To be able to operate the oil cooler from the SP Takegawa clutch cover with this cap fitted to the thermostat hole you will also be needing to purchase a oil hole plug.Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 5 minutes, you need to remove the thermostat and install the oil hole plug before installing the thermostat hole plug. Not difficult to do.Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are receiving a quality manufactured part for a fair price that is specific to the SP Takegawa lineup so not offered by other brands.About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght was my perferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently this service is unavailable from Japan Post, EMS is much faster which is nice. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: I find the thermostat unit be to neccessary in the cooler months of the year here in Australia but definitely not needed in the summer months so this thermostat hole plug can be used successfully.View Detail

[How is it used? I destroyed the return of the Brake switch that was originally attached to the YAMAHA/TZr50R during Restore. Replaced with a new one. Compatible part number is 3MW-83980-00.
How was your experience with it? It's working fine Installation is also easy, as it is simply attached to the Master Cylinder.
How did it compare to other products? It is very helpful that OEM parts are still available due to the lack of Other Brand Products.View Detail
?attachment The CBR650R is mounted at the same position angle as the NORMAL. However, when the handlebar was cut to the Left lock, it interfered with the interior cover next to the Meter, so the interior cover was cut away. I also purchased a 45° angled banjo adapter for the mesh hose to accommodate the tension of the mesh hose. ・NORMAL (Reserve integrated horizontal master) Impressions of No complaints on public roads. Familiar feel and very easy to handle. However, when the brake is set to "hard brake," the rate of increase in braking force relative to the input seems to decrease, and the brake becomes more forceful. Radipon (Reserve separate body portrait master) Impressions of It was totally different from what I expected, my expectation was that it would feel like a Rear brake… It is really a mild and easy-to-handle radipon. On public roads, it feels like NORMAL! I wonder if it's because NORMAL is the same NISSIN? But I felt the radipon effect from Breaking a little stronger, and It can be hung up to a hard brake without effort. I felt trust that this could stop.View Detail
