I installed the NGK MotoDX CR8EHDX-9S on my CB400SB and it made a noticeable difference. The throttle response feels smoother, and cold starts are quicker now. Fuel efficiency also improved a bit. About the feeling of use, The 9 heat rating spark plug works best with my modified engine setup during summer, but after 1000 kms of use in winter with the 9 heat rating spark plug the bike would stall and be difficult to start in colder weather conditions. The 8 heat rating spark plug works best in winter.
