This was the second of the 2 parts I needed to get this bike sorted. I already purchased the actual footrest and this rubber footrest cover was also needed as the previous one was a little torn up. Finding the right one was easy as I already had the Yamaha schematics open for the footrest on the bike. The price was also good value and better than my local Yamaha dealer could match. I had the OEM footrest and some other parts in this order and all were shipped using EMS as my chosen courier. In 5 days from being shipped, my order was delivered to my door. The outer box was all sealed and nothing could be lost or damaged in transit. The contents were all bubble wrapped by Webike warehouse which is a nice little touch to keep parts safe. The rubber came in the standard Yamaha packet. It is a good piece of Yamaha manufacturing, it is a moulded rubber cover and the grip on the rubber is excellent. No point having a footrest cover that makes you slip. Not an issue with this one. Fitting was super simple as I use brake and clutch cleaner to gently lubricate the footrest stem and push to fit. Very simple fix but very worth the effort of ordering new parts. Great job and very happy customer. View Detail

A few issues with this bike but nothing that could not be rectified easily by getting some new parts. This part needed was the rear footrest as the stock one had been broken due to a small accident. Not too much of and issue as I could find these easily on Webike. Not too hard finding the right one as I used the tools Webike provide on their help pages and then cross reference with Yamaha schematics. The price from Webike for the footrest was really good and far better than could be sourced locally. I already had a few small parts to order so I got them shipped together to save a little on shipping. I use lately, EMS as they just get my orders to me fast. This was not exception, my order arrived in 5 days from being shipped which is perfect. I know all the parts I need will arrived when I need them all to arrive. The footrest came in the Yamaha standard packet. It was well wrapped by Webike warehouse so nothing could be damaged by it. The footrest itself is a bare bar really and you add the rubber rest cover after installing. I purchased this also so the job could be completed quickly. The quality of the footrest is excellent. A really good and solid piece of manufacturing by Yamaha as I always expect. Everything was perfect and bolted in just fine. Adding the rubber rest cover was also easy enough. This bike had a little niggle with the clevis pin it originally had fitted. Someone put the wrong clevis pin in which was far too small for the footrest and caused it to hang too low and wobble about. Although the wrong clevis worked kind of, I really wanted to just get the right one to work for this particular bike and put my mind at ease. Finding the right one was super easy buy using the tools Webike provide and cross referencing with Yamaha schematics. The cost of the new, correct clevis was really good value, literally under a pound. With a few other small parts I needed for various other bikes, I had EMS ship them all together to save on the fees. My order was delivered in 5 days from being shipped from Webike warehouse. The parts were all wrapped together and kept nice and safe during transit. This clevis pin arrived in the standard Yamaha packaging. The quality is excellent, the clevis pin is of perfect diameter and fits in the bracket perfectly with no force needed. Now the footrest does not sag, does not wobble and is sturdy for the rider to have a good amount of stability whilst riding. My work here is done. One of the final parts needed which we did not have was this damper for the right side under panel. For some reason this was also missing from the box so I decided to just order a new one instead of trying to hunt down a second hand one. Basically, finding the right damper was easy by checking the Yamaha schematic for the cowling section. Then from there, just put the part number into Webike search and voila, the right part number and a cracking price to boot. So much cheaper than my local Yamaha dealer could match. Along with a couple of other parts for this project, I had them all shipped to save on funds. Also, EMS are the best courier I have found using Webike for over a year now. They just deliver fast and on time. I know when my order will arrive as the tracking is accurate. Webike warehouse packaged my items very well and there was no damage to anything when I received them. The damper is mostly for heat resistance but also does have some padding to help stop vibrations. Although, you could probably not fit this, why would you leave it off at this price. You then know there is nothing going to vibrate and the heat protection is obvious.I cannot commend enough how well Yamaha make their spare/replacement parts. Just fantastic. After refitting the new clutch plates on this YZF-R1, I found that at some point this had already been done and whoever did it, damaged the lock nut for the entire clutch basket. This is not a good thing as this nut needs a lot of torque and sooner or later, this is not going to work. New one ordered. Finding the right one was easy by using the Yamaha schematics and then searching Webike. As this is a popular model anyway, Webike already had this lock nut in stock. The price was a lot better than I could source locally and the local dealer did not have this one in stock for some reason. No matter, Webike is the place to go. In 5 days, EMS had my order delivered and all the smaller parts inside the order were well packaged and secure. This lock nut came in the standard Yamaha packaging. It is very nicely machined. The quality is excellent as you can see from the inner thread state. Smooth as butter and no extra shards of swarf to remove like some other companies leave. Fitting is easy enough but make sure you check your owners manual for the correct torque setting. Now this is fitted, I know that if the clutch needs to come off at any point in the future, the nut will come off with proper care. Very pleased with this purchase, life saver. This bike came in for a bit of a service and new oil change including filter for this MT07. The filter was easy to find, it also fits a few different models so is readily available. The price was really good, and still better than could source locally for the same Yamaha part. As I always have more than one part in each order, the cost of shipping is really good. I generally use EMS Fast service as it gets to me very quickly and the tracking is full, I mean full as in every step of the journey. I know exactly when the order will be delivered, the delivery has always been on time. Every part in the order was well packaged as expected and the outer box was sealed on all sides so none of my smaller parts could escape. There is not really much to say about the finish of this oil filter as there is not really much you can see, the paint is clean and the threaded part is super smooth. The seal is intact and no tears, rips of dinks. Nothing is bad with Yamaha oil filters at all. Never had any problems. The paint on the outer is really good and no runs or blemishes on it at all. The filter threaded on really easily and obviously, with any oil filter change, a small amount of oil on the end just to help seal. Fitted in no time at all and filled the oil in the engine. When you ever change anything on the crankshaft, then this is a part you really do need to purchase. It is not advisable to re-use a crankshaft lock washer as they can easily fail and they are really only a one hit wonder. Sometimes depending on where the lock washer is, you can just bend over one tang, hen you can re-use it for a second time with zero issues by bending the second tab. As this is for the crankshaft and not just a sprocket, I always buy as and when needed.I always have more than one item in my order as this saves on shipping, the same in this case. All were sent via EMS which arrived 5 days after shipping. The order was well packaged and all the items inside arrived in perfect condition. These Yamaha lock washers come in the Yamaha standard packaging and were also inside a bubble wrap envelope for safety. The construction is sturdy but does have a degree of give due to the action needed when bending over the tabs. The alignment with the spline on the shaft is perfect with barely any movement. Vey pleased with this purchase. Great work by Webike in getting my order safely to me and the front sprocket is now very secure. View Detail

I was needing to fix a few problems on this YZF600 which came in. One of the main issues was the front stop switch was clearly faulty as the brake light was not functioning at all. The best way to fix this was simple and replace with a new genuine Yamaha part. Locating the right part was easy by using the Yamaha schematics and cross referencing with Webike to make sure the stock was available. This time, the re was a slight wait time but that was fine. The price from Webike was far better than could be sourced locally and the timescale for the part was better too from Webike. I did have other items in ,y order and all were shipped together. The package arrived in the UK in 7 days as there also was a weekend in between. All my parts in the order were well packaged and there was lots of padding to make sure that any of them got damaged. The stop switch came in a small Yamaha packet as standard. The part itself looks great quality but the true test was when it was installed. Any faults would be easily spotted.
