This is the Cub 50/Little Cub (for carburetor models) Hyper C.D.I. with black anodized aluminum case.
The ignition timing characteristics are changed by bolt-on replacement of the stock C.D.I. It is especially compatible with SP Takegawa's big bore kit and brings out the engine performance further.
- SP Takegawa do not distinguish Cub between models with and without cell starter by Frame number. Compatible models are listed only for 1991 and later model frames.
- If it is a C.D.I. ignition bike, it is possible to use it even for the older model, but there is a case that it is not possible to distinguish the conformity only by existence. Please confirm the number of wiring of the actual car.
- Hyper C.D.I.05-03-0006 (for model with cell = C.D.I. with 4-speed limiter) : 6 wires of 6-pin coupler on the body side.
- Hyper C.D.I. 05-03-0007 (For model without cell = C.D.I. without 4-speed limiter) : 5 wires of 6-pin coupler on the body side
