Japanese Custom Culture

Here is an original series "JCC" stands for "Japan Custom culture" written by Webike Japan. There is no doubt that Japan has one of the best and unique custom parts and its culture in the motorcycle industry, but the language barrier has led to the closure of JDM motorcycle culture to the outside of Japan. Through this JCC contents, we present you one of a kind custom and mods bikes by professional craftmen and enthusiasts who just can't stop loving motorcycle.

Webike's Opinion

Here is a "YAMAHA WR250R" custom by Webike community user "Abe". This WR is a daring motarded version of the off-road specification R. It has the quick characteristics of an off-road bike, but it also has good grip on the asphalt due to its on-road tires, making it a great street performer. Since it was born as a "custom" bike, there is a wide range of related parts available, and it is easy to create a unique character. The wheels were replaced with the X stock wheels, and Brembo radial brake master cylinders and stock X calipers were installed. With the stock X calipers, the brakes feel like grip brakes, but with the Brembo radial brake master cylinders, you can adjust the braking force with the stroke of the caliper. The entire handlebar area, including the handlebar and handle brace, are upgraded by ZETA. The R-version has a more flexible suspension than the X which would give more stroke for ease ride. The silver frame, which is not available on the X-version, may allow you to show it off to other riders.
